Day 538 Most of us know already, when we run and move ourself, our brain creates new cells, but is it really good for us to create more cells who can worry more?! 🧠🤔 And, the answer is yes! Regarding to Anders Hansen in his book Brain Strong by running 30 minutes each day with higher pulse …….. our brain not just create new cells, it also creates something called GABA cells, known as nanny neurons who help our stress system and brain activity to stay stable. I have been on my Runstreak365 for over 1,5 years now and I feel I’ve developed a lot since I started ……. And what Anders does in this book is to put words on what happens inside my head ….. and in a physical way - very inspiring! 🤩 I’ve been taking classes learning different methods to lead and manage my and others state of minds. But this put lights on, what does the body need before ………… we can start to talk about how to act and handle different types of information and situations we end up in. Before I started my run I was the typical example of a Manager who didn’t have time for excises. I was all busy, long workdays and stressed out …….. and what is very clear for me now! I was the one in deep need for start to exercise daily …….. and I believe my Runstreak365 is my save to not lost myself or hit the wall. For me it was simple, I made a choice ….. from one day to another ….. I took the track many others do not!
