It’s amazing how I can use my run to ether step up myself to not be lazy ……… and like I did tonight, just take it nice and slow to calm my inner voice down a bit and reflect after two eventful days when part by part slowly come to right places. 🧩🧩 My pulse was steady at 100-110 and my breath almost normal. Just enjoying the peaceful music 🎢, the fresh air after a warm day. Right outside my house they construct new roads, I can hear machines all days when at my home office.
