Day 520 Patience, continuity and a constant pressure is key! 🔑✨ To successfully complete a Runstreak365 …… you will first need to think the streak from a big perspective from start to finish …… if you rush to fast in the beginning you will not last in the long run! This means, you will need to slow down, start to feel the rhythm and listen to the signals your body gives you. It will be all confusing the first times and after a while you will slowly start to feel your comfort zones …….. and your body can tell if you will manage to increase your steps or …….. decrease. During one specific run, it’s important to keep a constant pressure on your muscles, if you stop and your body first becomes very warm …. And after a bit colder, when you start to pick up your steps again you will feel your body feel weak and slack and you will need to build up the momentum again.
