Day 524 Since I started my Runstreak365 I haven’t been sick! 🤒 Or …….. did I? 🤔 The other day when I was at hospital investigated for stroke and heart attack I learned something new about my 39 years old body. They were running pretty much all tests that is possible to understand the status of my health. And they found one thing …….. I see you have a heavy cold 🥶 why you didn’t tell us? This is because I didn’t feel soar throat or snotty nose! I told her, since I start run 5 kilometer daily the infections in my body do not break out in the same way anymore. This information inspired her to the level she answered “oh really, if that the case maybe I should start a runstreak as well”. 😁 And this is true …. Although I feel my body does not carry the same strength when the immune system is working hard to treat the infection inside without symptoms. Anyway …… I didn’t know I was carrying a heavy cold inside these days 😅 As I expected the run today turned out to be calm and peaceful, I felt already this morning when I stepped up from bed my body was stiff from yesterday 10 k run.
